Lunch time today.  Birds of note: 1 mistle thrush, 1 song thrush and solitary fieldfare.  Small groups of Redwings (largest group of 8), 3 bullfinch, 1 chiff chaff, 2 gold crest, 1 grey heron.  On beach, 7 shelduck, 2 curlew and 2 oystercatchers.  2 raven flying over, one being harassed by a peregrine (these birds regularly fight each over along this coastline).
