Renewals

The online Membermojo system will automatically generate a reminder email when your sub comes due for renewal, before the end of March. These are sent out overnight. Reminders are also generated. In essence you don’t need to do anything as all our payment types are offline, so Alan will still need to check bank statements to see whether subs have been paid by SO or BACS. He will then indicate on the system that your sub has been paid up [and you will probably receive an automatic acknowledgement]. However you can folloow a link in the reminder to access your details and indicate that you intend to continue to pay, regardless of which payment type applies to you.

Current members who renew by cheque or cash can download the standard membership application form, and indicate on it that you are a renewing existing member. This gives you the opportunity to alter any of your preferences, such as receiving email notifications, gift aid etc. Click here for a pdf version or click here for a Word version. Existing members may also download the standing order mandate to change their payment method to SO. If you prefer, Alan Rosney can be contacted for a form, which he can e-mail. You then fill in the form, making sure you enter your full name at the end, and send it to your bank.
