Quite possibly as it doesn’t have the black neck band. I think the one in Singleton has the neck band which indicates it is a male, so I don’t think that they are the same bird. The neighbour said it has been using the surrounding gardens on and off for a few months and has heard it is a recent escapee from the local area. It is attracted to the fruit trees there.
Is that a female? If so, we’d better hope it doesn’t get together with the male in Singleton Park.
