Probable Hobby over the Taff at 7pm. Fairly certain, only seen from car. Only that or a skinny kestrel. Just back from Portugal where I saw a definite Hobby and more besides, so I’ve got my eye in.

Either hobby or kestrel would be good at that location, Chris. I have occasionally seen Kestrel nearby, over the Pontcanna fields.stables area.
That area is regularly used by feeding swifts and house martins, so a hobby there would make sense.
