Hi Leah. This looks like a pretty standard immature Herring Gull to me. The primary wing feathers are more or less black. Glaucous Gull would be a very very pale bird with weak tea colouration overall, and the primary wing feathers would be white or very pale buff – this is one of the most prominent features of Glaucous [and indeed Iceland] Gulls. If you Google Glaucous Gull images you’ll see what I mean.

Agree with JW looks like a bog standard Herring Gull.
