2. I’ve got a video clip showing the 11 ! There were 3 Little Grebe chicks initially, but I could only see one Little Grebe when I went there the other day. I think gulls may be preying on the ducklings and grebelings!

5. There are actually two broods of Tufted Ducks: one has 11 ducklings and the other 7, hence the confusion about numbers!
