Highlights of today’s GBC field trip to Aberthaw and Gileston included 15+ Yellow Wagtail in fields behind the Gileston coast path, 3 Peregrines including 2 eating a kill, Sparrowhawk, Kestrel, Wheatear, Stock Dove and Yellowhammer.
On the beach birds seen included Little Egret, Grey Heron, Curlew, Dunlin, Turnstone, Ringed Plover, Common Sandpiper and Oystercatcher.
