I was very fortunate to catch up with the Lesser Yellowlegs this afternoon during its brief visit to Kenfig Pool. Here’s hoping it is relocated.

Great find by Neil & well done to NPR & DGC for getting there & photos. East Pool shore is a great place for passage waders but disturbance (the ‘fido’ factor) is a problem. We (MCP, AB & JPH) walked out to the river mouth, but no success. However our walk was marred by 4 bikers tearing up the dunes & driving along the beach. This unfortunately is a real problem at KNNR these days.
