25 species seen in a 2 hour walk around Roath Park Lake and surrounding area this morning including 1 Common Gull and 8 Pochards. Also Greylag and Canada Geese, Mute swan, Mallard and Tufted Duck, Little Grebe, Cormorant, Moorhen and Coot, Feral Pigeon and Woodpigeon, BH LBB and Herring gull, Jay Magpie and Carrion crow, Blue Tit and Great Tits, Robin, Blackbird, Grey Wagtail and Chaffinch.

There were redwing about also that day in Roath Park 😉 No heron spotted on my trip
Thanks Tracey there were plenty of Redwing in the Paddocks in Bute Park this morning. A bit muddy though on the path.
