Starting in 2024 we instigated a ‘Big Bird Count‘ where members are invited to spend a day logging birds in a local location of their choice, on a single day between dates set by us. In 2024 this was between 27th and 30th September.
Participants then send in their lists, and we prepare and publish, a report on the overall results, which are also judged for best bird, best list and best photo.
