The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Glamorgan Bird Club, will be held on Tuesday 19th May 2026 {venue TBA} at 7:30 p.m. The venue is in Felindre Road on the left shortly after turning left at the first roundabout on the A473 after leaving the M4 northbound from J.35. The post code is CF35 5PB.

1. Chair’s presentation of the 2025-26 Trustees’ annual report
Resolution: That the 2025-26 Trustees’ annual report has been received.
2. The annual statement of accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 {correct date?} and presentation of the Treasurer’s report
Resolution: That the annual statement of accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026?? has been received.
3. Election of trustees
The ten current trustees are David Carrington, Jenna Clark, Strinda Davies, Paul Denning, John Duffy, Jean Haslam, David Hibler, Vicky Newsway, Alan Rosney and John Wilson.
As per the Club constitution, three trustees must retire by rotation this year, and these are Strinda Davies, Jean Haslam and John Wilson. They are all standing for re-election.
Resolutions:

In addition, Vicky Newsway was co-opted as a trustee by the then existing trustees, after the 2025 AGM. Hence in compliance with the constitution, she must stand down as this AGM and stand again for election by vote from the members attending. John Duffy is not standing for election.
