Can i just make a suggestion to anyone who finds injured birds please please call Swan Rescue first they are quick to come out and are really concerned about injured birds and they help . The RSPCA are useless to say the least they are so keen to put animals down for the most ridiculous reasons and now have a appalling reputation. Cheers sandra, you right about rspca they didnt come out until late morning gower bird hospital is another good place and thats where the rspca took the bird

Watch out for ticks Paul. I remember DAve Carrington picked up one we found in Kenfig dunes once and he ended up covered in ticks!
