I heard them that night too! I put up a nest box last December which I built, in a neighbour’s very large garden opposite my house where they will regularly call from in October, about the time when they are starting to seek out nesting spots for the following spring. No luck this year as a pair of squirrels have taken up residence but I’m hoping next year we’ll have a pretty good chance of them nesting in Boverton!
