Huge roost tonight with thousands of birds to go through. I picked out the 1st winter Caspian gull again. Also at least 8 yellow legged gulls (4 ad; 2 x 2nd win; 2 x 3rd win). No sign of any white wingers.

Where is it best to view the Gull roost from please? Hoping to have a look tomorrow night. Thanks
Hiya. My guess is from the walkway on the south side near where the old ice rink used to be, or further round in front of the apartment buildings that look towards the yacht moorings downstream from the main road bridge.

Best to view from Prospect Place. If you view from Ice Rink you are too far away to see the gulls near the Wetland Reserve and vice versa.
